  • Stress Relief

    When you receive guided hypnosis in sessons, or practice self-hypnosis, within this natural state of realxation and hyper-awareness your body and mind return to natural, stress and tension free functioning.  You learn in hypnosis the techniques to remain centered and self aware, which allows for a constant state of inner peace and calmness.  This conditioning allows for relief of feelings of being overwhelmed and stresses induced from both inner and outer sources. Learning and practicing self-hypnosis regularly provides you a greater sense of inner calmness, and allows you the ability to stop instant re-actions and instead decide upon positive actions to outside situations, crisis, and overwhelming stressors. Anxiety and stress naturally dissolve as you learn to remain focused and centered in all situations, allowing you to effectively and peacefully deal with life situations.

  • Smoking-Cessation

    Hypnosis has been found to be very effective in quitting the habit of smoking and tobacco use. Changing behaviors on the subconscious level through hypnosis is a natural, positive, effective means of stopping smoking. Success can often be achieved with minimal sessions, with the goal of reaching success in one session. Smoking-cessation is client driven, focusing on the individual's habits and needs, and number of required sessions is based on client's individual situation.

  • PHYSICAL Pain Relief

    THIS IS NOT TO BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL CARE! PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR  BEFORE UTILIZING.

    Hypnosis used as a supplement to traditional medicine and treatment modes. Helps relieve and lessen pain associated with chronic ailments and diagnosis. The mind is the most power tool for healing. Utilizing hypnosis and one's own healing abilities works hand in hand with traditional medicine to achieve greater desired results. Recommended as a supplemental treatment modality, NOT a singlular treatment method.

  • HEALING FROM AN ENDED RELATIONSHIP

    Quite often after the end of an important, long-term relationship, one finds themself in a state of debilited functioning. This is expected as part of the grieving process, but sometimes the feelings associated with the ending of such a relationship, though we wish them to heal, hault us from moving forward in a positive, healthy manner. These feelings are often the equivalent to being addicted to the other person. Within hypnosis these feelings can be addressed, and placed into a healthy perspective, which allows for the person to gain functioning within their life to grieve the loss in a healthy, positive state. To address the grieving process  and loss properly, it is recommeded that clients seek out traditional counseling from a mental health professional as well.

     NOTE: This is NOT a substitution for traditional therapy- please seek out a licensed mental health professional/ LCSW for counseling needs. We do not provide couseling of any kind. This session is strictly for personal growth.

  • Confidence/Personal Enhancement

    Hypnosis is used effectively as a means of enhancing academic and test performance as well as career/employment productivity. Hypnosis can be utilized to enhance confidence in all life areas, such as career, memory, personal productivity, and realtionships.

  • Weightloss and exercise Motivation

    Hypnosis is utilized for behavior modification and changing the desires for certain foods, motivation for exercise, and helps stop the cycle of negative thinking and behaving that contributes to an unhealthy weight.  Weightloss is achieved in a healthy manner by implementing healthy eating habits, regular exercise, and eliminating the cravings for unhealthy/ undesired foods. It allows you the control over your own behaviors and thoughts eliminating the negative traps, and creating positve thougths and outcomes, while motivating you to enjoy exercise and physical movement, whenever possible.

    Recommended 3 session minimum.
